I love it when people just fall on a fresh loaf. The ultimate reward.
Retarded? I don’t think so. 14 hours in the fridge (the bread, not me) and this is what I wake up to.
Looks good, but what you’re not getting is the intense aroma of lemon zest and rosemary.
There’s something very sensual about the feel of a freshly zested lemon. Like soft chamois leather.
