Followed by sagna ritorta com pomodori schiattarisciatti. The sagna is a barley pasta, retwisted. Delicious with a bit of that slippery barley mouthfeel. The pomodori, I have no idea except that they were delicious.


Lunch at Le Garibaldine in Gallipoli. This is marinated mackerel, perfect blend of olive oil and lemon juice.

Frustrated attempt to create my first EC2 instance AND connect to it. Launching it with defaults went fine, but connecting kept timing out, and after going through all the troubleshooting it is still timing out. Stopped, for now.
