I like the idea of a “tryout” tag for new websites that seem interesting enough to subscribe to, so I am promptly starting to do just that.

Followed by sagna ritorta com pomodori schiattarisciatti. The sagna is a barley pasta, retwisted. Delicious with a bit of that slippery barley mouthfeel. The pomodori, I have no idea except that they were delicious.


Lunch at Le Garibaldine in Gallipoli. This is marinated mackerel, perfect blend of olive oil and lemon juice.
